A. As a JetPrivilege member, you need to login to access your membership details. After log-in, you can check for information such as Mileage Balance, Tier, Expiry, Tier Review Date. Also, as an exclusive service, you can also check-in for your flight on the mobile phone and avail of 250 bonus JPMiles.
Q. What if I have forgotten my JetPrivilege number?
A. If you have any difficulties in retrieving your JetPrivilege number, you may contact our JetPrivilege Service Centre.
Q. When I try to login, it says my account has been locked out. What does this mean and how do I get back in?
A. An account gets locked when a wrong password is entered three times. To unlock your password, you are requested to contact our JetPrivilege service centre.
Q. Do I need to login each time I need to check my other information such as Mileage Balance, Tier, Expiry, Tier Review Date?
A. No, once you have logged in with your JetPrivilege credentials, you can check all information such as Mileage Balance. Tier, Expiry, Tier Review Date without getting logged out.
